Course Description
ABOUT THE MEETING
You are about to experience the best meeting you have ever attended.
This October 11-14, we will be celebrating the Spirit of SABI 2026 together in Savannah, Georgia at the exquisite, boutique, beautiful JW Marriott Plant Riverside District. Highlights include three Live Concerts (!), a professional concert venue, a Moon Deck welcome reception (with a slide!), a 135-foot dinosaur, Captain Blackbeard, riverside ambiance, world-class expert-led education, powerful storytelling, maximum interaction, social vibrance, and more. The entire program has been redesigned to deliver exactly what you want: maximum interaction, hundreds of lightning-fast teaching cases, and masterclass sessions led by experts. This will be the best SABI meeting you have ever attended. You will want to book your rooms early, and plan to arrive Saturday night.
Immerse yourself in the live vibes of Interaction Ballroom, where every speaker comment is subject to debate and vote, or the wizardry of our Masterclass Studio, where experts deliver sharp 8-minute lectures on the most useful things you need to know. Inside, you will find sizzling debates, hot-off-the-press trial data, rapid-fire cases (40 in 15 minutes), emotional storytelling, bleeding-edge content, and much, much more. Academic and Private Practice radiologists who want to master body imaging have found their home.
SABI 2026 is where you will find connections that last a lifetime.
TARGET AUDIENCE
Attendees are Academic and Private Practice radiologists who want to master body imaging.
EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
At the end of this activity, physicians will be able to:
  • Interpret imaging findings of the abdomen, pelvis, and chest to generate accurate differential diagnoses and actionable reports.
  • Apply the 2026 body imaging guidelines and supporting trial evidence to justify diagnostic and management decisions to clinical colleagues and patients.
  • Select and apply current AI-based and quantitative imaging tools across CT, MR, and nuclear medicine to improve diagnostic accuracy and workflow efficiency.
  • Compare the clinical and financial tradeoffs of emerging imaging technologies — including photon-counting CT, low-field MR, and PET/MR — to optimize practice operations and inform acquisition decisions.
  • Measure and communicate the health value generated by imaging services using established outcomes and value frameworks.
  • Demonstrate effective leadership communication strategies within a radiology practice or department.
  • Design a methodologically sound imaging research study, including hypothesis formulation, outcome selection, and appropriate statistical approach.
No special educational preparation is required for this CME activity.
ADA Compliance
