The SABI Annual MeetingSABI has always been at the forefront of radiology, highlighting the latest in advanced body imaging techniques and best practices for clinical care. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation refunds for attendee registrations, event tickets, and exhibitors will be considered on an individual basis. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to events@sabiradiology.org by Monday, September 30, 2024. If a refund is approved, it will be less a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations made in writing and received after September 30, 2024, will not be eligible for a refund.
Substitutions are welcome and can be made in writing at any time before the event with no substitution fee.
